Etsy's stats are fine for a glance, awkward for a real read of the season. Download the Sold Orders CSV and this assembles the view you want: total earned, the trend, your top items by revenue, and the map of where orders are going.
Shop Manager → Settings → Download Data → Sold Orders → Download CSV. The columns it gives you — Sale Date, Item Name, Item Total, Ship State, Ship Country — are all this needs.
The Item Total column is recognized as currency and used as the headline metric. Sale Date becomes the time axis, so the trend draws itself.
Total revenue, the sales trend, best-selling items by money, and breakdowns by Ship State and Ship Country — click any bar to filter the whole view.
Everything a seller checks between batches, arranged automatically from the raw Sold Orders export.
Total Item Total up top, with the sales trend over time so a slow week or a busy one is obvious.
The Item Name column becomes a top-items breakdown — see which listing actually pays the bills, not just which sells often.
Ship State and Ship Country splits show your geographic mix, so shipping costs and tax stop being a guess.
Your orders are parsed locally and never leave your browser — buyer names, states, and SKUs included. Verify in DevTools → Network.
