Etsy export → dashboard

Your Etsy sold orders, an instant shop dashboard.

Download Sold Orders from Etsy, drop the CSV, and see total revenue, the sales trend, your best-selling items, and the states and countries buyers ship to — no spreadsheet required.

01 · How it works

Export, drop, done.

Etsy's stats are fine for a glance, awkward for a real read of the season. Download the Sold Orders CSV and this assembles the view you want: total earned, the trend, your top items by revenue, and the map of where orders are going.

i. export

Download from Etsy

Shop Manager → Settings → Download Data → Sold Orders → Download CSV. The columns it gives you — Sale Date, Item Name, Item Total, Ship State, Ship Country — are all this needs.

ii. detect

Item Total becomes revenue

The Item Total column is recognized as currency and used as the headline metric. Sale Date becomes the time axis, so the trend draws itself.

iii. read

Items, states, countries

Total revenue, the sales trend, best-selling items by money, and breakdowns by Ship State and Ship Country — click any bar to filter the whole view.

02 · The views

The shop read Etsy scatters.

Everything a seller checks between batches, arranged automatically from the raw Sold Orders export.

  • 01

    Revenue at a glance

Total Item Total up top, with the sales trend over time so a slow week or a busy one is obvious.

  • 02

    Best-sellers by revenue

The Item Name column becomes a top-items breakdown — see which listing actually pays the bills, not just which sells often.

  • 03

    Where buyers are

Ship State and Ship Country splits show your geographic mix, so shipping costs and tax stop being a guess.

  • 04

    Private by default

Your orders are parsed locally and never leave your browser — buyer names, states, and SKUs included. Verify in DevTools → Network.

"I drop the Sold Orders file and the whole season is right there — what sold, what it earned, where it went."

Etsy dashboard questions.

Which Etsy export works?
The Sold Orders CSV from Shop Manager → Settings → Download Data → Sold Orders. Any export with a Sale Date, an Item Total and an Item Name works; the Orders and Order Items downloads are fine too.
Yes. Item Total is summed for the headline revenue, and Item Name becomes a top-items breakdown ranked by money earned, so your highest-revenue listings rise to the top — not just the cheapest ones moving in volume.
Yes — click any bar or slice (an item, a Ship State, a Ship Country) and the whole dashboard recomputes against that filter. Click again to clear it.
No. Parsing and aggregation happen entirely in your browser. The CSV — buyer addresses and all — never touches a server.
Yes. Ship Country breaks out United States from Canada, the UK, Australia and the rest, and the Currency column is read alongside Item Total so the revenue figure stays honest.
