Describe the report or transformation, how often it runs, and who needs the output.

List fictional column names and representative data types. Do not attach CSV or Excel files, credentials, API keys, personal data, or confidential source data.

State approximate row counts, required formats, compliance needs, deadline, and a budget range if one exists.
A separate scope is required.
If the inquiry is a fit, any later service needs a written scope covering price, acceptance criteria, hosting and subprocessors, access control, encryption, retention and deletion, backups, incident handling, support, and any required data-processing terms. Until then, no hosted service is offered and no source data should be sent. The free public tools keep their client-side privacy model.
