Gumroad export → dashboard

Your Gumroad sales, totaled and trended.

Gumroad's analytics are fine until you want to slice them. Export the sales CSV, drop it here, and net revenue trends over time while every product, country and referrer becomes a clickable breakdown — locally, nothing uploaded.

01 · How it works

Export, drop, done.

A sales export is one row per purchase — money, product and source all in line. One drop turns it into a revenue dashboard: net trended over time, with every category filterable.

i. export

Export your sales

In Gumroad: Sales → Export → CSV, choosing the date range you want to analyze.

ii. detect

Money & categories recognized

Net and Price read as currency, Quantity as a count; Sale Time drives the revenue trend, and Product, Country and Referrer become breakdowns.

iii. read

Revenue, mix, sources

Net over time, your best products, top countries and which referrers drove sales — click any slice to recompute the rest.

02 · The views

The numbers Gumroad doesn't cross-tab.

What you actually want: net by product by source, on a timeline you control.

  • 01

    Net, trended

Net revenue plotted over time exposes the launch spikes and the long-tail months at a glance.

  • 02

    Product mix

Sales and net by Product, ranked — see which one carries the catalog and which barely moves.

  • 03

    Sources & geography

Referrer and Country breakdowns show where buyers come from — click one to see only its sales.

  • 04

    Buyer privacy

Customer emails stay in your browser — nothing about your buyers is uploaded anywhere.

"Filtered to one referrer and saw it drove a third of net revenue — and I'd nearly killed that channel."
