Patreon export → dashboard

Your patrons, broken down.

Patreon's member table is one row per patron. Export it, drop the CSV here, and pledge revenue splits by tier while patron status and signup dates turn into clickable trends — locally, nothing uploaded.

01 · How it works

Export, drop, done.

A members export is one row per patron — pledge, tier, status and dates in line. One drop turns it into a membership dashboard: revenue by tier, with signups trending over time.

i. export

Export your members

In Patreon: Members → the ⋯ menu → Export as CSV to download the full members table.

ii. detect

Pledges & tiers recognized

Pledge Amount and Lifetime Amount read as currency; Pledge Start Date drives the signup trend; Tier, Patron Status and Charge Status become breakdowns.

iii. read

Revenue, tiers, churn

Pledge revenue by tier, active vs former patrons, and when signups happened — click any slice to filter the rest.

02 · The views

Where the pledges actually come from.

What the members table won't total for you: revenue by tier, and who's still active.

  • 01

    Revenue by tier

Pledge Amount summed by Tier shows which tier carries you — and which one nobody picks.

  • 02

    Active vs former

Patron Status splits current supporters from churned ones, so your real active base is obvious.

  • 03

    Signup trend

Pledge Start Date plotted over time exposes the launch bumps and the quiet stretches between them.

  • 04

    Patron privacy

Names and emails stay in your browser — your supporters' details are never uploaded anywhere.

"Summed pledges by tier and realized one mid-tier brought in more than the top tier I kept promoting."

03 · FAQ

Patreon dashboard questions.

Which Patreon export works?
The members CSV (Members → ⋯ → Export as CSV). Any file with Tier, Pledge Amount, Patron Status and Pledge Start Date builds the full dashboard.
Yes — Pledge Amount reads as currency and sums by Tier and Status, so you see real monthly revenue per group, not just a head count.
Yes — Patron Status splits active from former; click 'Former patron' to see who churned, from which tiers, and when.
No — the file is parsed entirely in your browser. To share a screenshot, anonymize the Email column first with the CSV anonymizer.
Both are detected as currency. Pledge Amount is the recurring monthly value; Lifetime Amount totals everything a patron has ever paid.
